Martin Estate Management Services, Inc. will monitor your home, keeping an eye on your pool service company, landscaper, pest control service, etc. Should any issues arise, we will communicate with the appropriate service provider.

Air Condition System - At each home inspection we will check that the A/C is working properly.
Electrical Inspection - To avoid potential fire hazards, we will inspect your electrical panel for tripped circuit breakers.
Plumbing Inspection
During each home inspection, we will check your home for mold, mildew, and internal water leaks.
Check basic plumbing and eliminate stale drain water by running water through your sinks, tubs and showers.
Leak Inspection and Water Intrusion
During home watch inspection we check the ceilings for any leaks or moisture damage.
Inspection of exterior for any newly formed cracks or gaps that will inevitably let water in.
Appliance Inspection
Check appliances for proper operation.
Vehicle and Golf Cart
Start and drive car weekly
Check battery charge
Car delivery if requested
Mail / Property Bills
Pick up mail and forward as requested
If requested, we will pay property bills (landscaper, pool service, utilities, etc.) and bill you at the end of the month. This allows you to pay one bill vs. multiple bills a month.
Severe Weather
Bring in all outdoor items, limit the amount of items that can become torpedoes in a storm.
Existing Shutter Installation
Clients will be notified of any severe weather conditions
Post storm inspections and reports
Repairs / Service
As repairs or service is necessary or requested, we will facility and oversee the completion of repairs and service requests.
